The AED Foundation’s Sales Manager Certification Program offers a blended curriculum of leadership and operational coursework to give sales managers the tools they need to succeed. This program offers certification candidates the opportunity to complete learning requirements via web-based self-study courses that can be completed on their own time and at their own pace. This program includes instruction in key areas of sales management, including recruiting & retaining sales staff, the sales process, forecasting, and coaching your sales team.
