The Service Writers program, presented through Learning Without Scars, is designed for service writers looking to advance their product support skills. It contains instruction in the core service department functions most relevant to service writers, and includes the following courses:

• Work Order Process
• Time Management
• Inspections

This program is presented in partnership with Learning Without Scars and is not hosted on the AED learning management system. Within 48 hours after purchase, the user will receive an online course invitation from the Learning Without Scars system with login details.
