Shrinking the Skills Gap and Transferring Institutional Knowledge Through Microlearning Technologies
Webinar Description

The labor shortage and older workforce retiring are forcing companies to hire employees without adequate skill sets. The gap between the skills employees have and the skills needed in the global market place is costing the US more than $60B per year. The challenge is not only to provide training, but to provide training that transfer knowledge quickly and that sticks for immediate application.

The challenge for dealers is to have the right system that keeps and seamlessly distributes the institutional knowledge from your older workforce. This knowledge not only needs to stay within the company, but it needs to be distributed to the right employees at the right time. The solution is microlearning.

In this webinar, attendees will learn about the research-based technologies that help employees transfer and accelerate knowledge acquisition, and that hold everyone accountable, as well as how to implement successful learning strategies that will be engaging and improve performance company-wide.
