AED continues to battle right to repair proposals across the United States and Canada. To date, there have been nearly 19 bills introduced across the U.S., and more expected in the coming weeks. Many of these bills directly target the equipment industry and would completely alter the current business model by mandating parts be sold at cost (or another price fixed by the government), and other troubling provisions.
