The AED Foundation’s Parts Manager Certification Program offers a blended curriculum of leadership and operational coursework to give parts managers the tools they need to succeed. This program offers certification candidates the opportunity to complete learning requirements via web-based self-study courses that can be completed on their own time and at their own pace. Upon completion of the parts manager program, participants will be able to better plan and measure department performance, develop and implement plans for good business practices, plan and manage parts inventories to maximize customer benefits, and enhance overall sales efforts.
