The AED Foundation’s Service Manager Certification Program offers a blended curriculum of leadership and operational coursework to give service managers the tools they need to succeed. This program offers certification candidates the opportunity to complete learning requirements via web-based self-study courses that can be completed on their own time and at their own pace. This program includes instruction in key service operating standards, as well as how to manage service department resources and more effectively sell heavy equipment service.
