The AED Foundation’s Branch Manager Certification Program offers a blended curriculum of leadership and operational coursework to give branch managers the tools they need to succeed. This program offers certification candidates the opportunity to complete learning requirements via web-based self-study courses that can be completed on their own time and at their own pace. This program includes instruction in parts, service, and rental management in order to become proficient in all operational areas of a dealership branch.
